Love in Action began in Toronto four years ago as a charity event by e11even Productions to help MuchMusic Creative Services raise money for Free the Children. Over the years, it has grown to be an anticipated event that designates specific causes and charities to support, then partners with the hottest media personalities, corporate sponsors and local talents for a party to raise money and awareness for the chosen organization.
With the partnership of Gap Adventures and development under United Global Shift, Love in Action is much more than just a party this year. Love in Action 2010 is a national call for action, a contest, an inspiriting and entertaining event that makes a difference and a movement.
Love in Action is a platform for leaders to be in action to create support and sustainable solutions and results for various international projects and charities. It is also a celebration and recognition of leaders putting their love in action!

We are looking for creative, passionate leaders to show us their love in action. The contest is simple: create a fundraiser, event, or campaign to raise a donation to Planeterra and spread awareness, and you and two friends can win a free trip to Peru including airfare from Gap Adventures!
